我们相信我们优质的客户服务,并接受所有商品在30天内进行换货或者退款的请求。

 

我们的退货政策

如果您改变购买商品的主意,请你保持购买商品的原貌,连同您的下单证明一起退换给我们,我们将会为您换货或者退款。

退货应该在您收到商品之日起,30天内完成。根据原来的情况,我们希望您能够保留原包装和标签,并且商品是没有使用过的且没有发生任何的损坏。这样才不会影响您的合法权利。

 

换货

如果您想将购买的商品换成其他的商品或者其他同类的商品,请及时告诉我们,我们将会尽力帮助您。

您可以将您的订单截图(下单证明)发送至contactus@gretnagreen.cn,并且在邮件中告知我们您需要更换的产品是什么。只要商品有库存,我们将会在收到商品之后48小时内帮您调换好商品并且重新帮您发出。

根据我们的退换货条款,您在下单之日起,30天可以选择退货;在收到商品之日,30天内可以选择换货;

请您依据这个时效来进行退换货,这样可以确保您的合法权益得以保障。

 

退款

如果您不想换货而要求退款,请您及时将问题告知我们,我们将会尽最大努力帮助您。

根据我们的退换货政策,您在下单之日起,30天内可以要求进行退款。

您可以将您的订单截图(下单证明)发送至contactus@gretnagreen.cn,并且在邮件中告知我们您在购买商品中所遇到的问题,我们将会在收到商品之后48小时内给您安排退款。

注意:我们在收到商品之后会在48小时内将款项退换,但是银行可能会在5天内才会将款项退还到您的账户上。

 

损坏或有错发产品

如果在您收到订单的时候商品发生损坏或者发现发错商品之后,请您立即发送邮件至contactus@gretnagreen.cn联系我们。 

如果在运输过程中,物品发生损坏。

订单在您收到之后24小时内请您检查是否发生损坏,这样可以确保如果发生损坏的情况,是有快递公司来承担赔偿。因此,请您在收到商品之后,及时检查是否发生损坏。如果发生损坏或者其他的问题,请您立刻联系我们,我们会帮您及时联系快递公司进行处理。

如果可以的话,请您向我们提供商品损坏的图片,以便我们更好更快地帮您处理您所遇到的问题。

Returns

30 DAY RETURNS

We believe in outstanding customer service and will accept any item/s returned to us for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt.

Our Returns Policy

If you've changed your mind about keeping your purchase, please return it in its original condition with proof of purchase to us and we'll exchange or refund it.

Returns should be within 30 days of receiving your order. By original condition, we expect you to retain original packaging and labels, and that the item is unused and undamaged. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.

If you’d like to exchange your purchase for a different variant or similar product then let us know and we’ll do our best to help.

Contact us on contactus@gretnagreen.cn with details of your original purchase (including proof of purchase) and what you’d like to exchange it for and, as long as the stock is available, we’ll arrange your choice of alternative to be sent back out to you within 48 hours of receiving your return.

In line with our returns policy, you have up to 30 days to exchange a product, starting from the date of purchase or the date you received your order.

This doesn't affect your statutory rights.

Refunds

If you do not wish to exchange your purchase and instead require a refund, please let us know of the problem so we can do our best to help you and arrange for a timely refund.

Contact us on contactus@gretnagreen.cn with details of your original purchase (including proof of purchase and details of any issues you may have experienced with the product) and we’ll arrange for a refund to be issued within 48 hours of receiving your return.
Once an item is returned, we’ll refund the person who originally placed and paid for the order.

NB: Although we will issue refunds within 48 hours of receiving a return, it can take up to 5 days for the bank to transfer the funds to you.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us immediately by email on contactus@gretnagreen.cn.

Occasionally items can be damaged in transit.

Orders must be checked for damage within 24 hours of delivery to qualify for a reimbursement from the courier - so please inspect your package and let us know if there’s anything wrong straight away for us to approach the courier/manufacturer on your behalf.

Where possible, please provide us with digital photographs of any damage or fault to allow us to help you in a more timely manner.
